My mother and father left my siblings and me a trust with over 20 properties. When my mother passed away, my siblings and I were very lost on what to do with the properties. I was out of probate for about a year, and I was footing out payment after payment for my mother's home after she passed away. I met with Faith on a Wednesday, she put the property off-market due to the fact it needed some TLC. And by the following Monday I had five offers in hand, and two Fridays later I was sitting at the closing table. I am still floored at the fact, she was able to accomplish in days what I was stagnant with for an entire year.
